EL AGUA Y EL ORDEN/THE WATER AND ORDER (utopian project)

This "solar Havana" features an inner court, the center of life of the building, on the other hand has little water supply. But at the same time is wasted water into the central courtyard by water dripping clothes, brushing teeth, etc, which are forms of social indiscipline. So we project a treatment plant of all water, buried in the inner court, covered by a mesh passable, so that the process is visible to educate socially and ecologically.
